I have a 24' R model 4 seater that has a total of 28 miles (bought the car with 8 miles and the other 20 miles have come from 4 different puts around my home) on the machine. The last time I started it up the shock light was on. I drove it around to see if it would go off on its own and it did not. I also turned the car on and off a couple different times to cycle it but that did not help either. I have also checked the plugs on the shocks to see if they were all the way in and all seems fine as well. Any advice or wisdom to this problem would be appreciated as I haven't really haven't even used it and yet to go on a real ride with it. I've contacted the dealer where I bought it and they are super busy and probably won't even look at it for a couple weeks, plus to take it to them is about 3.5-4 hrs round trip for me. Most likely what I will have to do but was hoping there may be a fix while it is in my garage. Thanks in advance.

Don't mean to be daft, but you're not talking about the green box that indicates "Norm" are you? You're referring to the yellow shock warning light?

Yeah. That sounds a bit odd. I've got about 70 miles on our new 1000r-4, and I'm turning into a huge fan... though Colorado in February is not ideal!
