I am looking to add a sound system to My Talon X. In my previous ride, (570 RZR EPS 50" Trail) I had a Rockin Radio overhead unit with Bluetooth and SD card only ever really used SD. I don't need the world to hear me just some tunes while I ride, sweet and simple is always better!
Any opinions and experience with systems are welcome, Thanks!

Here is what I decided on.
Ordered a Radio & Switch plate from PBR. Mictuning rocker switches for a Winch and Roof LED lights. Boss Marine Radio and Speakers. Test wired them in the plate. Then dry fit the plate. Looks awesome now just need to wire it all in.

I’ve built 2 different overhead boxes nothing special don’t know if it was worth the savings had several hours in each box sounds pretty good though!

I bought an overhead stereo from Swamp Donkey on Amazon. I had one of their stereos in my RZR also. Quick and easy to install and remove(sold the Rzr one before I traded it).

Hi! Can I see the Led lights? Also do still like the sound quality. We are Bose and Sonos people so I am wondering if the sound is similar. Thank you !!

The rugged radio intercom has a blue tooth for the phone. The headsets have great sound quality and i can control my wife's volume and mute if i so choose.

I recently bought a Rugged, Honda Talon, Radio kit...Having lots of Radio Engine interferience noise. Make sure you have an experienced installer for Honda, two dealers said it was properly installed one said thinks a component might be faulty, so I purchased a new Noise Filter? Rugged thinks it sounds miss installed when I purchased a new Filter. I will see it the new filter helps and later report. The dealer that originally sold me the Unit in Yuma Arizona, said it sounded normal with some noise, but the other dealer said it did not sound normal and a part must be faulty? San Diego

If just looking for music and headsets, with ability to talk to passengers, its nice, PCI Baja Race, makes a great quality radio I am told..

SSV works. Pricey but factory install and plenty loud. Ill be adding their rear speaker pods soon.

I purchased the Noam nutvs with subwoofer and really like it. Easy install also
