Saw a post from Jackson Racing saying the turbo kit will be available this fall! How many of us are waiting the the Talon T?

I want it but I think it is severely over priced just like the Talon R I just bought. I did get a good deal though.... 19980 out the door. If I can get the turbo kit for $3000 I'd pay that but the rumors of 5-6k is ridiculous.
I'm good with 24-25 OTD on a Talon R Turbo. Compared to the competition it's not bad. I have seen a few places that have the R for 18k

Gotta wait till next year anyway so maybe by then it will work out
I got my Talon R for 19980 OTD. I just told them if they wanted to sell it to me they had to give me good deal. For what some people have paid for the R people can get Can Am and Polaris turbo machines.

You can definitely get some good discounts if you keep pushing the dealers and don't give in to them.

I think the 5k for the kit is misleading. Jackson Racing's full FR-S/BRZ kit is 5k. I suspect they will price it at the same price point as Mountain Performance (3.5kish), As far as the Talon price once again the YXZ is probably a good indicator and they will fall to the 16k range pretty quickly. You have to remember that POPO is going to leave dealers with a ton of 2019 machines that need to be moved. You are going to see turbos in 17k range with really aggressive financing.History repeats itself constantly.

Hi Fireman377, Do you have a phone number or better a URL for them? That is a bit less expensive than what I have seen and makes the turbo even more appealing.
I saw Jackson at the Sand Show. Their booth was right next to Honda's.

Honda would not say that the kit would void the warranty, but did not say it wouldn't either. Jim Nicholson, Honda's District Sales Manager, said that he doubted that they would deny a claim on a Jackson turboed car. I asked both companies if the engine would stand up to the turbo's effects - both gave unequivocal posivie assurances.

They want $5795 for the turbo kit and estimate it is a 6-9 hour install for someone that "has tools and knows how to put brake pads on a car." Likely November deliveries.

That said, the Jackson turbo kit includes everything you will need. The install they had at the show looked very nice and clean - very professional. No way to connect an S&B separator to it yet, however.

And finally, no, I don't work for either company.
