Purchased APV plate for use on public road. $38 and some change, it's good for 3 years here in north east Ohio. I inquired and did extensive research before buying the X and nobody seemed to have an answer or details about going street legal. To the best of my knowledge, the plate will allow for use on all secondary public roads without issues (provided you obey traffic laws). Very few questions were asked of me while at the BMV to purchase the plate. As surprised as I was by this, I was even more surprised when she asked if it had lights and...a muffler??. Being titled a brand new $20k vehicle I'd think they should know!

I don’t know about Ohio, but Arizona requires a windshield (or glasses/goggles) a license plate light, horn and dot tires. Utah requires in addition signal lights. XTC performance makes a great street legal wiring harness.

Already acquired the APV plate as stated in my post. I posted the info since I was not able to locate much info pertaining to the talon prior to actually getting it plated for road use here in Ohio. If you have any questions let me know, I'd be more than happy to try and answer. Where abouts in NEO? I purchased my talon from Just For Fun Honda in Middlefield,OH and reside about an hour south (Boardman area).

yes sir got a camp down there. talons first trip was yellow creek on new years day, other then the trails around the house
