New owner of a 4 seater here. Had a rzr xp before. Curious about the bolt holes in role cage opposite of wear the seat belt holes go through. Some rust starting to show.

Welcome Wvrider, hope you have fun with the forum, the holes for seat belts do seem to go through and mine have a bit of rust as well. You penetrating oil or grease or tape and paint. I do not like rust on the roll cage either. Nice ride do have fun and be safe.

Squirt of penetrating oil and you're good. I'll probably find a bolt that fits and cap em off.

I bought some #000 Rubber Stoppers from our local hardware store, shot some penetrating oil in there first (cleaned it out) and plugged it up! You’ll love that machine!!!! Welcome to the club!

Thanks for solutions for sure, but what in the world is Honda’s reasoning behind the holes? Shouldn’t need to be making a trip to hardware store to prevent rust on the extieor of a brand new machine...

When the machine is being built in the factory they sometime have anchor points for machines/painting/robots/etc.
Thinking it maybe the case with these holes perhaps
