New member here, sold our 2015 Teryx2 a few months ago and bought a 2 seat 2019 Talon 1000x last week with 83 hours on it. It had a HF winch, Power Bass XL-800 speaker bar, led light bar and 2 whips, in excellent shape and dosen‘t look like it was abused as I’ve dug into it.

So far, we’ve cleaned it head to toe, removed everything that was previously installed and routed it for a total re-wire job, wire wheeled and painted the muffler, exhaust and heat shields with high heat black, probably won’t last but looks good for now, removed wire rope and replaced with synthetic rope and installed the seatbelt bypass

So far, have ordered and getting ready to install:
Auxiliary battery tray - PBR Products
Auxillary Battery - Mighty Max
Isolator with monitor - True UTV
Drivers side switch panel for 3 rocker switches (led light bar, whips and rock lights) - PBR Products
Oversized rocker switch adapter for blank beside headlight switch, winch rocker switch going here
SuperATV flip windshield
Bed enclosure
Rock Lights
Replace the air filter
UNI pre-filter

Any Talon owners in North Texas? We go to Oklahoma quite a bit to our friends property, that will be the 1st trip and we can run the farm roads to get used to the new machine, we want to hit Lake Murray and Cross Bar Ranch soon, also want to go to River Run in Jacksonville, TX. Been to ******** with Paychecks before we had a rig, thinking about going back now that we can get around and watch all the craziness. We enjoy trailing, not into mud or deep water stuff. We‘ve been to Mena, Arkansas in the Teryx, can’t wait to return there with the Talon.

Looking forward to learning all about the Talons here

Got the dual battery installed and everything re-wired, and all of the other goodies installed, moved the Powerbass XL-800 speaker bar to the back of the cage, wouldn’t work with the windshield but we decided we like it here better anyway.

Heres the day I brought it home

Installed Erickson chocks in the toy hauler today, very impressed with these, all ready for the weekend.

Ordered a Powerbass remote for the speaker bar and a custom passenger dash inlay from Crossroads3D.com that takes the place of the safety placard, this guy replied on a Sunday and sent out a mock-up within minutes of contacting him, it was in the mail the next day, what service!, 2-7/16” hole for the remote and custom text, our friends refers to our toy hauler as Travel Force One so I decided to go with that theme (yes, it matches the Talon, or does the Talon match it?)

Also got a set of mud / dust shields from just_kw off of eBay, very nice addition

That’s all for now, hopefully have some pics after the weekend

Welcome, We are pretty new to this form as well. Lots of knowledge, we have a 2021 Live Valve and love it. It is our first side by side. We live in Fort worth and have had it out twice around the area. Last trip was to red river Motorcycle trails, had a blast. Lots of trails, some challenging, mostly tried to stay on the easy stuff but got into a few areas we weren't to sure of but the Talon made it look easy. Enjoy your new ride, maybe we will see you on the trail. We are planning a trip to Arkansas at the end of the month. Mulberry Mountain.
