Lower door inserts

Wouldn't recommend the honda ones, they actually fit pretty terrible.

Just pick up a stiff piece of cardboard and make a pattern to fit the door. Get a piece of aluminum and cut out a piece from the pattern you made. Just like making paper dolls when we were dum kids in school. Then get the piece powder coated in flat black and you got a panel for $ 35 bucks.

I agree with Jefferson, the factory ones do not fit that well. On both the front and rear doors, I had to use a lot of weather strip to seal the gaps. At least they look like they belong.

Check it out. Waaayy better fit than the factory lowers.

I am running SuperATV lowers and they fit perfect. I have spent close to 2000 from them and I am very impressed with the quality of their products. Plus their lowers are powder coated black and if you didn't tell anyone they would think the car came with them from the factory.

Hello new to the forum and talon ownership. I picked up some McNastys Customz lower doors. Great product and l liked that I only had 4 screw holes in the original door

My Honda lower door inserts fit nice, no gaps. Its all how you cut the door to make them fit. I like the Honda ones as the mold lines fits in with the body lines. Those others are flat and look funny to me.

Those are the McNasty’s? How was the installation process (video makes it look quite simple)? And how is the seal around the frame and fit & finish?

Installation was painfully simple and easy

Just take the time to check alignment before drilling - use clamps to hold temporarily

IMO the fit is spot on - !!

I purchased OEM Honda lowers doors and installed them correctly. I have a 1/2-3/4 gap around the bottom were meets the car body if this helps.

Found these really nice aluminum lower doors bolt on easy good finish and a lot better then the cheap plastic ones Honda Talon Lower Door Set | EMP

Spike power sports on Amazon. 161.00 bucks. Fit great. No cutting or trimming. Smoke tinted poly carbonate with nice trim finish piece.

I bought spike powersports tinted lexan lower doors i like that their clear enough to see out of and fit really nice
