Thanks. That helps. I need to go take a closer look. I wanted one until I sat in it...I have raised my Drivers seat 2" and back a little. That helped with leg room & also raised line of sight when looking thru Superatv Flip Windshield. I used 1.5" x 2" x 1/8" Aluminum Tubing

One way to compensate for the extension would be to install the forward A-Arms from Super ATV they push forward 1.5 inches, I used them to install larger tires on my Talon 1000x and they worked just fine. Standard Tire is 28" and the picture above is with a 35" tire so you can see it did improve the clearance quite a bit. Hope this helps.36" inseam here too. I raised my driver seat 1.25 inches and moved it back 1.25 inches and it made a big difference. Modifying the dead pedal would entail pushing it out into the wheel well. I think it would work on an R to an extent but probably limit the tire size due to clearance issue when turning left. Probably not work on an X, the tire is already a few inches further back and moving the dead pedal would decrease that clearance (inch for inch because the top of the dead pedal is flush with this inside of the wheel well)...
R Clearance. The short arrows show what would happen if you pushed the dead pedal out...

And the X is a little closer to begin with so not much to play with...

If dont mind me asking, how did you move or modify your seat to move up and back?I have raised my Drivers seat 2" and back a little. That helped with leg room & also raised line of sight when looking thru Superatv Flip Windshield. I used 1.5" x 2" x 1/8" Aluminum Tubing
Hey, so these bolt right on and raise the seat 1.5"??Hi guys, Just bought a Talon x1000-4 and I'm 6'3 and all legs. Hope this may help a few people. I'm a Huge Jeep guy and I always installed risers on them. So I thought what the hell give it a try. The Bolts even Matched up... And makes it easier for me to drive.. Will probably make a extension to get it back a inch or so also , but these were a 5 min project.. Fits 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ Seat Risers - 1.5" Inch Billet Spacers 4x2 4x4 | eBay
I just got done installing these rises on my x4. Installation was easy and the bolts that come in the kit are the same as the factory ones. The kit comes with 6 blocks that have a smaller bolt hole and 2 that come with a larger bolt hole. My 5'7" wife also likes the added seat height.Hey, so these bolt right on and raise the seat 1.5"??
