The plugin power outlet (cigarette lighter socket) on the machine has a 10amp fuse. Can I increase that fuse size to 15 or 20 amp for a small heater fan?
Need to see what gauge wiring runs to the socket. The fuse is typically there to save the harness from burning up, melting or catching on fire. if 18ga it should handle 14 amps at 194 degrees F, 16ga will handle 18 amps, 14 ga will handle up to 25 amps. This would all be for standard multistrand wiring.

I can not see any issue with stepping up to a 20 amp fuse. The socket itself can handle the current draw of 20 amps. The wires are not 10 gauge (what is recommended for 20 amp). BUT those are UL ratings and as long as you don't short out the wires (positive to negative) you will be FINE at 20 amp. Carry on...just my .02

I do not know about increasing amps on this circuit ,but I tied in to the cigarette lighter circuit per the instructions for installing the inferno heater. The heater worked fine , but caused problems with my GPS when plugged in to this socket with the heater running.

probably low voltage

Honda ran the wires for all this up to the front - just need the relays/rockers and a couple of cold ones and in a couple of hours full relayed/fussed circuits.
