If you’ve Un-screwed the door adjustment rubber piece out about as far as you can and there is no more threads left on it but your door still rattles then this may help you.
Just buy a couple rubber grommets at your local hardware store and drill out a hole in the corresponding spot opposite of the adjuster and install them (warm water helps get them in or oil)
This will allow you to turn the adjuster back in a couple threads so it won’t fall out and your doors will be tight.

Good information. Did you have any issues with the factory roof? I ended up stuffing some foam rubber around the cage on either side to keep it from vibrating. Doors on mine seem to be ok once I adjusted the bushing but, the roof was for sure noisy as all get out.

Yes my roof did seem to make some noise and when I removed it yesterday I noticed a couple bolts were loose on the drivers side. But I’m having a new roll cage installed today, I comes with a totally different roof, so that noise will be gone and hopefully the new one will be noise free?

I had the same issue with my roof. First modification I made to my machine was stuff a strip of rubber between the roof and the bar. My doors only rattle when the engine is cold and on initial takeoff.
No roof squeaking now!

WOW! That is a sweet looking cage! Very nice! Where did you have that fabricated?
