Hi All,
I went for a two hour ride on a high desert trail. There were a few mud puddles from recent rain but I crossed them slowly and they were no more than a few inches deep. When I returned home, my engine died and would not re-start. After a few tries to re-start the engine, I left the Talon overnight. The following day, I attempted to start the Talon and it started right away. I have since driven it a couple of times for about 50 miles and re-started without incident. Any idea what may have caused the starting issue? I generally ride alone and have become a bit concerned?

fuel pump recall,, will not start..
Sorry for not following up. I took the Talon to the dealer who changed the fuel pump and have had no further problems. As you probably know, Honda has since issued A recall for the faulty fuel pumps. I just happened to experience the problem prior to the recall notice being sent.
