Thinking about a stage three Audioformz top for my X anyone have any experience? I took back a boat style speaker set with an amplifier and Bluetooth that was well over a grand. They just did not look right to me and I would have to drill a couple of holes in the roll bar and I just did not want to do that. The stereo top comes with several lights that I do not need but the top looks nice -- not perfect but very nice. The downside is the cost, but the speakers are protected as well as they can and the system comes with an FM tuner and amplifier all enclosed. The system I am looking at is stage 3 with a couple of upgrades. There is a single electrical connection for everything and 4 switches are all neatly tucked away next to the tuner.

So far working with Audioformz to figure out why unit is not working. Everything with the exception of the audio is working. New receiver was delivered today and I will try it out when I get home. I like the wiring and the fuse used for all of the electronics is outstanding.

Turned out to be the receiver. Have a new one installed and working very well. Larry at Audioformz was super and saved the day. I tend to measure companies not when everything is going well but when you have a problem. Larry did Audioformz well and jumped in and solved the problems. Nice to work with someone who just wants to get his customers happy and knows how to troubleshoot.

The amplifier can be turned up by removing it and taking off the small plate then locate the gain and turn it to the right all the way and I recommend backing off 1/4 turn. There is a lot of adjustment just turn it very easy and you will boost the sound output.

This top is super and fantastic sound. I did have to do a bit of troubleshooting but everything was replaced under warranty. AudioForms was very easy to work with and I am super happy with the stereo top. Definitely a top quality product.

I have decided to upgrade the stereo and add two tower speakers. I will send pictures when arrive. Not sure yet if I have to add a second amplifier.

I ordered the 800W RMS 4 Channel amp to power the 8" black tower speakers with light rings. (W/8EVO2 IC). When they arrive if two more speakers will fit I will probably add them as well.

is there a reason why you have the OEM roof lights and added light bars? are the OEM light not bright enough ????
