Yes, there is plenty of clearance. Just keep in mind you will lose a lot of power and will not be able to get into 6th gear (possibly not even 5th) in High or hit top speed without some sort of gear reduction.

I'm running 34-inch Tusk mega-bite tires on a 2019 1000R. fit well and don't lose too much top end.
