A 6+1 (+45) will put you closer to stock scrub radius and width. Some run a 4+3 and like it. It will make the car feel different in how it handles. I personally went with a 5+2 (+38) offset. My car should be a couple inches wider than stock. With the same offset all the way around you will want 1.5" spacers in the rear to even out the back to the front.
